But how many versions of "The People Upstairs" are there?

When I told that Penélope Cruz was shooting The Invite, a Hollywood remake of Cesc Gay's Sentimental unmayder the orders of Olivia Wilde, Iván Díaz (International Director of Filmax) wrote to me and told me that the sale for rights to Sentimental (which was based on Gay's play Los vecinos de arriba) was a smash hit. As well as that there were versions in progress, or already shot, in Switzerland, France, South Korea, Germany and the Czech Republic. This is relevant because on July 4 the French version of Sentimental, "Una cena... y lo que surja", will be released in Spain. Who is distributing it? Filmax, of course.
