Synopsis:

One night, a Merchant ship loaded with chemicals requests emergency authorization to dock at port. The boat has been hijacked by a Kosovo terrorist group threatening to blow it up if their imprisoned commander, who is accused of war crimes, is not released. Now the authorities must do everything in their power to avoid the human and ecological disaster that is about to take place.
