Set in Barcelona, the series tells the different stories of people who have met online, exploring with them the various fears, expectations and complexities of relationships in the digital age, as well as the excitement that still surrounds the prospect of a first date. Each romantic encounter comes with its own set of difficulties, as well as its own, unique protagonists, who reveal their misgivings, secrets and hopes, as they search for love, sex, or simply a way out of their loneliness. The series is also a date with Barcelona. Each episode is a love letter to a city that’s easy to fall in love with and hard to forget. Barcelona is all dressed up and ready to show our protagonists, and us, a good time, as together we explore her bars, pubs, restaurants, streets, bookstores and squares.
