Synopsis:

Even though West has been in prison for twelve years now, he never given up his research into Re-Animation, using the prison rats and mice as his subjects. During the course of his experiments, West has identified an electrical phenomenon - the NEE - which is discharged from the brain at the moment of death and may just be the missing link he’s been looking for..
