Synopsis:
Alicia is a forty-something single mother and teacher who lives a mundane life with her teenage daughter. Her love life is a disaster; none of her relationships ever amount to anything serious. When she finally meets Luis, a man with whom it seems she could finally establish a happy relationship, a bitter twist of fate endangers everything, meaning she must learn to love again in a world that has been turned upside down.
