Synopsis

“The Legend of Time” is the story of Isra, a young gypsy boy who, after the death of his father, can no longer sing, despite belonging to a long line of flamenco singers and who dreams of one day being able to travel far away from the island where he was born. It is also the story of Makiko, who travels to the island trying to understand a tradition and way of life that are foreign to her, but which she hopes will help her confront the inexpressible feelings she has about her father's illness. Two characters who, although they don't know it yet, are going through a process of transformation that will change who they are forever.
