After becoming orphaned, Julia is taken in by Laura and Daniel, a childhood friend of her father. The girl’s presence makes Daniel feel out of place and his discomfort increases when he begins to feel threatened by some of the girl’s actions, seeing in her some keys to a terrifying past he had decided to bury.
